Eight people, their work, relationships and dreams — without a pitying filter.

A documentary about the everyday life, work, independence and aspirations of eight employees of Vocational Activity Centres in Lower Silesia. It gives the protagonists a voice and shows people with disabilities through work, relationships and dreams — not through pity or institutional language.

Context and idea

( Context )

A difficult social subject and a collaboration with a public institution. Instead of a campaign — a careful documentary that treats its protagonists as subjects, not objects.

( Idea )

Dignity through work. The camera accompanies people through their everyday lives, giving them the voice themselves — work, relationships and dreams instead of statistics.
