The photo does not do the product justice — the colour is off, the texture disappears, and the customer feels cheated when the parcel arrives.
Every session looks different. A different photographer, a different background, different light — the product page looks like a patchwork from three different shops.
The material does not fit where it needs to go. The shop wants a clean background, the ad wants a vertical frame — and the session came back all horizontal.
Waiting. The photos arrive long after the campaign was meant to launch — and the planning starts all over again.

The camera comes last.
For us a product session is not a collection of pretty frames. We start from where the photos have to work — and the light, the background and the number of shots follow from that.
Brief and shot list. We agree where the material is going — product page, ads, social media — and write a shot list that you approve before the session.
Preparation. Backgrounds, props and lighting are set up for that list, not the other way round. By default in our own studio H241 — if the product has to stay where it is, we come to you.
Shoot day. We shoot packshots and styled frames under one lighting regime, so the whole set holds together instead of drifting apart between shots.
Selection, retouching, delivery. We select the frames, retouch and colour-correct them, and hand over files in versions for every channel they have to work in.

Packshots on a plain background — clean product shots for product pages and online shops.
Styled frames — the product in a scene built around the brand: colour, prop, shadow, mood.
Details and textures — close-ups of the finish, the material and what the customer is actually paying for.
Horizontal and vertical frames from the same session — the same shots prepared for the shop, for ads and for social media.
Retouching and colour correction — print-resolution files plus versions prepared for the web.
One look across the whole set — a session from March and a session from November should look like one brand.

Frequently asked questions
How long does a product session take?
It depends on the number of products and shots per product. A simple packshot series can be wrapped in a few hours; an elaborate styled session is a full shoot day. We fix the exact time once the shot list is agreed, before we step on set.
Do you shoot in the studio or at the client's?
By default in our H241 studio at Grabiszyńska 241 in Wrocław — 290 m² and full control over light and background. If the product is large, heavy or only makes sense in its own surroundings, we come to you.
Do you only work in Wrocław?
No. The studio is in Wrocław, but we shoot across Poland and travel within Europe. For smaller products the simplest route is to ship them to us — then location stops mattering at all.
What about products sent by courier?
That is a normal way of working. Before shipping we agree what arrives, in how many units and in what condition — products should be in retail condition, free of scratches and fingerprints. The method and date of return are agreed together with the brief.
How many shots do I get?
We do not sell a package of "X photos" detached from its purpose. We start from where the photos are going — product page, ads, social media — and the shot list follows from that, for you to approve before the session.
How soon do I get the material?
We usually hand over a selection for review within a week of the shoot day, and the final files once the retouching is approved. For urgent campaigns a faster track is agreed individually, at the brief stage.
Do you also do product video?
Yes. Film and photography go through the same team and the same look here, so video comes together more efficiently alongside the same session than as a separate production.
How does pricing work?
We do not publish a price list, because the scope of a session differs every time — the number of products, the number of shots and the level of styling all change. We prepare a quote after a short brief. We answer enquiries within 2 working days.
