A hero film, vertical versions for social and a photo session all come from one planned production — without stretching the schedule across weeks.

The Pilot isn't a shortened, cheaper version of a full production — it's the full KOVA process in miniature. The shoot day is led by the same person who directs KOVA's own theatrical titles, not a junior crew assigned to smaller jobs. Within the day: a hero film 60–90 seconds long, three to five vertical cuts ready for Instagram and TikTok, and a photo package from the same set.
The entry threshold is deliberately set lower than a full mid-market production — not because we do it cheaper, but because we want to lower the barrier for brands, dealers and partners who don't yet know how we work.

A short brief: topic, protagonist, project goal, and what should happen after the Pilot.
One production day — photos and film shot in parallel, on-site at the client's or at our H241 studio.
Edit, colour and photo selection — within a week of the shoot day.
Delivery of the hero film, vertical versions and photos in the agreed formats.
A conversation about next steps: Brand Film, Content System or Embedded — if it works for both sides.

The Pilot is for brands, dealers and partners who want to test how KOVA works before risking a bigger budget — without signing a long contract and without guessing what working with us looks like in practice.
An agency would hand this project to a junior. Here it's led by the same team that makes KOVA's own feature-length documentaries — The Community of Speed and titles that went the festival → television → VOD route. You get the same level of attention, just at the scale of one day.
